> Kim Bishop’s costumes capture the glamour of the era, with the ensemble smartly clad in a rainbow of coats, suits and showgirl dresses. ‘Make ‘Em Laugh’ showcases a cute array of film studio costumes, but it seems Bishop had the most fun with flashy Lina’s wardrobe, including a bright yellow dress and coat ensemble complete with fur trim, and an array of dresses which might have blown the sequin budget. The French Revolution outfits are splendidly over the top.
